Could this be anemia? Or something else?

I'm 20 years old, and over the past couple of weeks, I have noticed a couple of changes. I've notice a slight increase in lethargy. Also, I've noticed, that if I stand or crouch in one position for too long, or leave my arms overhead for more than a short period of time, I start getting this weak and tingling feeling in my limbs. Also, what I thought might be orthostatic hypotension...It seems, like every time I stand up too fast, or move swiftly from the couch to another room or something like that, I get this rush of dizziness, and sometimes I might see spots or feel faint. I am also an epileptic, so at first when I had the dizziness, I thought they were slight onset of seizures, but now I'm not sure, with these other symptoms cropping up. My sister thought all these signs pointed to anemia, but I don't have medical insurance, so I thought I would get some more feedback. Thanks in advance.
