Anyone else GLAD Bush didn't get to invest our Social Security in the Stock Markets?

I don't know for sure,,but I believe Bush's" let people put their money in the Stock Market for their retirement",,looks like he was WRONG !! England DID allow just that ,,and the people who did,, are now destitute!! If that was such a good idea,,why didn't HE invest America's Income Tax Dollars in it ??
