Car shakes when stationary and engine running?

Just replaced nkg spark plugs with brand new champion spark plugs, gapped them to 0.9mn as stated by my Haynes car manual, and now the car shakes and jerks while stationary and while driving and gear changing, is this normal? This is the 1st time I've ever done a spark plug change
