Does any manufacturer still manufacture camcorders with 0 lux nightvision?

I have been trying to find a 'new' model camcorder with 0 lux nightvision and the only one I see is the Sony hdr-XR550V which is $1299. I see plenty of low lux, but no 0 lux. Have all manufacturers stopped carrying this feature on camcorders???
