I'm trying to detoxify my body, have some questions?

I'm trying to detoxify my body. The past about 3-4 days I've been taking Yogi Detox Tea. It says that it doesn't contain any harsh laxatives or diuretics, and I don't know if it's been working because I haven't gone to the bathroom. Does it take awhile to work? Or would it be okay to take Senakot-S laxatives while on this detox tea? I only drink one cup a day.
