A site with in depth descriptions on jobs, medical in particular?

Looking for a site, that gives you a lot of information about jobs, description of what they do, schooling needed, salaries, level of demand, reason i need to know, is cause imma be goin to college soon, an i needa know what i gotta do to become what i want, prbly some kind of doctor, im a straight lace student, yknow, that annoying over achiever that "has work to do all the time" thats me, im a straight-lace student, A's across the board except for 1 or 2 cles. People tell me i should be a politician, apparently because im a good orator. Im a senior, people hire me to be a kind of lobbyist you can say, i get paid $75-$150 to give speeches in my city, but how would that work in the world of politics, need the site first tho
