Pokemon Diamond Game error?

My game stops in the middle of battle. It happened 1st in jubilife city but i fixed it by transferring the game to a different computer. In valor lakefront, while battling the team galactic grunt after his glameow's hp reached 0, instead of fainting, the game stops. It tried the game again in my cousin's computer but it just don't work......!
