Arrested and bailed on suspicion of affray.?

I was arrested on suspicion of affray last month, with two other individuals. I admitted in a taped interview that I had struck somebody four or five times as the fight was ensuing. I showed remorse and understood that what I had done was not acceptable. I have been placed on Bail until 12th of May. What will be the likely outcome. I wasn't shown any CCTV of the actual fight, only before and afterwards. What would be the likely outcome? and do the police generally withhold evidence to get a quick confession? I am supposed to be having a CRB check soon and am panicking about losing my new job, which I only have myself to blame.
