Where to buy organic cottage cheese or quark?

I need this for my dog as part of the Budwig anti-cancer diet (she has a brain tumor) and need it FAST. I understand organic quark isn't easy to find in America, but lowfat organic cottage cheese would work too. I already tried farm fresh, food lion, kroger, harris teeter, walmart, super K, Kmart, fresh market, and trader joes. I don't live near a whole foods. Thanx!
