Planning trip to Peru - need tips?

You can fly by plane from Lima to Cusco, i do it about every 3 months. There are sevaral flights every day between the 2 cities (LAN airlines, Taca airlines, peruvian airlines). peruvian airlines is the only one that does not charge extra fare for non-residents of peru. you can fly directly from cusco to La Paz, Bolivia with AeroSur. there are also direct flights between Lima and La Paz. (flying is more expencive than the bus) As for safety, Peru is not as dangerous as many South American countries such as Brasil or Venezuela, and there are many parts of the u.s. that are much more dangerous than anywhere in Peru. if you have any other questions, e-mail me.
