Is this ability rare?

All 3 of them are abilities which can not be measured or tested, which makes any person claiming they know the rarity of the ability full of crap. It could be every human in the world is calirvoyant but they just haven't learned to use it, or they can't because they refuse to believe it's real. Or, the abilities could just not exist full stop and be totally made up. There's no way anybody can know, as your only measure of what psychic abilities a person has is what they claim to have, and I can claim that I am a psychic vampire that can kill or control a person with my thoughts (but does that mean I am..?)
