Looking for a tattoo artist who is knowledgeable in polynesian tribal in NY.?

I'm looking to get a sleeve done with polynesian tribal. But i don't want just any artist to do this for me. I want someone who knows the meanings of what their doing. In other words an artist who has experience polynesian tribal. Im from New Jersey and I'm looking for an artist here and in New York. Thanks!
