8th grade formal dress?

ok so i need to figure out a dress for my 8th grade formal, im 5ft and i weigh about 85-90 pounds my skin color is tan since i am indian. i pretty short compared to the rest of the people in my cl. Anyway i want a dress that is silver and black, it can be either strapless or not. I dont want it to be too short or showy can you think of any store that fits my needs? :)
