Copic vs prismacolor vs sharpie markers?

so i want to color my anime and cartoon art in marker. crayola and roseart dry out too fast as well as Bic Mark it. everyone either uses copic or prismacolor both are out of my budget range. so does any one know if Sharpie markers are just as good? or should i wait until i can get one of the other too?
