How do i fix my ceramic plates on my straightener?

kso, i dropped my straightener on the floor once and the plastic on the top broke off and its a chi straightener so im like screwed if i dont get it fixed! the plate comes out all the time and i cant finish my hair! can i replace them, get them fixed or and im screwed? PLEASE HELP!
