Should my main character have OCD?

I think it would be really interesting, and also entertaining at times to have the main character have OCD. I say entertaining not because I think the disorder is funny, but sometimes the little ticks can be comical. I would recommend doing a lot of research so that it will be easier for you to write OCD from a first-person perspective. There's a book titled 'Crack in the Sidewalk' by Ruth Wolff. I can't find much info about it online when I search now, but I think that's the name of it. I read it years and years ago and its about a little girl with OCD. Good luck!!
