What was given to people who pre-ordered The Legend of Zelda : Twilight Princess?

Well I did a post like this before and was told that Nintendo didn't give out bonuses . I am not sure if it's Nintendo directly that gives out special things to those who pre-order or if it's up to the gamestore ( eg: GameStop ) . Regardless it seems odd that they would postpone the game for over a year and not give out anything to those who pre-ordered the game. An example of a pre-order bonus would be the statuette of ho-oh given with Pokemon HeartGold , the masters quest disc of Ocarina of Time for Wind Waker , or the gold colored cartridge for Ocarina of Time . Just the other day I pre-ordered the New Zelda game Skyward Sword and I asked what the bonus would be . The Female working there said that currently that was unknown but there would probably be something to be announced later . That's as descriptive as I can be , good luck .
