Why did America and news medias act like they supported IRANIAN PATRIOTS only to let them DIE by A-JAD ?

all the media hype for helping a real democracy in Iran and just NOTHING!!!!! to help but Afghanistan and iraq get trillions of aid moneys ,A HANGED DICTATOR and the military freedom fighters needed for "OPERATION FREE IRAQ" and :OPERATION AFGHANISTAN" but nothing for real patriots fighting for real freedom in IRAN!!!! WHY?
