I'm trying to find the name of a japanese comedy show....?

The host, despite being japanese, had an american name I think. Mike or something. He usually wore a yellow/pinstripe suit and had bleached hair. His guests were usually idols such as Aya Matsuura and Maki Goto. On one episode when Aya Matsuura was a guest they ate chocolate filled with mystery filling and the one the host chose was filled with mustard. Anyone have an inkling?
