Where can I find a completely unique prom dress... for under $150?

I hate the cliche, poofy princess-looking dresses. I don't want to look like everyone else, and I don't have $400 to spend on a dress. This year I went 80's with an amazing eBay dress, so next year I have to outdo myself somehow. Any suggestions?
